One common question that us doctors hear often is, what is that noise that you hear when you're getting adjusted?
And the answer to that question is that that's just gas being released from the joint. It does not have to make that noise in order for it to be a good adjustment, and typically, that noise will get quieter and quieter as you get adjusted and your body starts holding those adjustments and that new pattern.
