Common Questions
Do you take insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We do accept both HSA and Flex spending accounts. We are out-of-network providers so we can keep our rates low and offer family discounts while ensuring you receive the care you need. While we do not bill directly to insurance companies, we can print an itemized statement for you to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. If you bring your insurance card to your first visit, we are happy to call your insurance company to check your out-of-network benefits so you know what you can expect to be reimbursed.
Will I be adjusted on my first visit?
We have a two-day new patient process to ensure the safest and most effective chiropractic care possible. Day one consists of a full consultation, examination, and scans that let the doctors know exactly what’s going on and how they can help. As soon as the next day, we can schedule your second visit to go over the results with the doctor. On this visit the doctor will have a personalized treatment plan for you and will discuss the cost as well. If you choose to accept care you can start getting adjusted as soon as that second visit.
How many adjustments will I need?
Your care plan will be determined by the doctor based on your goals and the objective findings of your initial examination. Each person and condition is different, which is why we offer personalized care plans for your specific needs.
