DR. TONY LAWTHER
Dr. Tony is the owner and founder of Essential of Life Chiropractic. When he's not in the office caring for patients, you can find Dr. Tony at the gym weight training, playing baseball with his sons, or enjoying sitcoms with his wife. One of his greatest joys in life is seeing families and individuals taking steps forward in their health and wellness journey.

DR. LISA BERRY
Dr. Lisa hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and loves walking, running, hiking, biking, and yoga. Along with being physically active, she also enjoys gardening, reading, and cuddling with her kids. Dr. Lisa, being at ELC feels more like fulfilling a mission than a job, and she is thankful to be part of changing the health and wellness of families in our community.

DR. DANIEL BIELEFELD
Dr. Daniel first came to ELC as a patient, seeking care for an injury. Things have come full circle, as now he's a doctor in the same office he started as a patient in. He enjoys how Chiropractic allows him to bounce back from an active life of paddle-boarding, kettlebells, and golfing. His favorite thing about ELC is that it feels like one big extended family, with everyone being able to enjoy the benefits of greater health and well-being.

DR. LUCY GUSTAFSON
Dr. Lucy sought out ELC with a shared passion for serving whole families, starting with prenatal and pediatric care. She loves being able to have a direct impact on people's lives whether that's through an adjustment or simply bringing joy to their day. Outside the office, she enjoys searching thrift shops for new treasures, cheering on the Timberwolves, exploring coffee shops, and playing volleyball.

ASHLEY LAWTHER
Ashley founded Essentials of Life Chiropractic with her husband, Dr. Tony in 2009. In her free time, she enjoys biking and walking with her family, along with cooking delicious, homemade dishes from scratch. Ashley's favorite thing about the office is seeing multiple generations of families receiving care together, and how connected the office is to one another.

ALLISON CAUDILL
Allison started at ELC as a patient. She enjoys the great outdoors and things like kayaking, hiking, and working out. Her favorite part about being a CA is getting a front-row seat to the positive changes that happen in people's lives when they receive Chiropractic care.

AMANDA MITCHELL
Amanda became a fan of chiropractic after she found relief from migraines that were so intense, they became debilitating. Today, she is pain-free and enjoys swimming and walking her dogs and playing with her daughter, Klara. She also loves baking! Her favorite part about Team ELC is that it feels more like family than a job. She appreciates the community in the office, and how kind and caring our patients are.

BRI KENT
Bri loves how chiropractic care allows her to live a pain-free, headache-free, active life. During her spare time, she enjoys being outside, hiking, fishing, playing with her dog, Nash, and exploring new places. She loves how the ELC community feels like one big family. She enjoys working with our incredible patients and kiddos, and looks forward to seeing them each week.

MADI DOUGLAS
Madi grew up doing gymnastics and credits her chiropractic care with helping her stay centered on the beam. She enjoys being active by taking her bulldog Riggs on walks, kayaking, and paddleboarding. She loves the strong culture and community she feels here at ELC and is excited to be a part of such a fun and positive environment.

MICHELLE MALONE
Michelle used to suffer from migraines and chiropractic has helped her so much! In her free time she plays piano and is always making music with her family. Michelle likes going camping with her husband and two daughters. She loves being on a team that helps people have a better quality of life.

Amber started chiropractic when she was a child and it has helped her through all stages of life from athletics to pregnancy. She enjoys working out, making art, coffee and playing with her two boys. She loves the community feel at ELC and is excited to be part of the team.
