Dr. Tony is the owner and founder of Essentials of Life Chiropractic. He started the clinic with the vision of seeing kids, families, and athletes live life with the greatest level of health possible. He is passionate about sharing the message of chiropractic throughout his community. Outside the office he enjoys weight training, coaching baseball, and taking cross country adventures with his family.

Dr. Daniel first came to ELC as a patient, seeking care for an injury.  Things have come full circle, as now he's a doctor in the same office he started as a patient in. He enjoys how Chiropractic allows him to bounce back from an active life of paddle-boarding, kettlebells, and golfing. His favorite thing about ELC is that it feels like one big extended family, with everyone being able to enjoy the benefits of greater health and well-being.

Dr. Rose is originally from Blaine, Minnesota.  She is especially passionate about working in a family-focused environment where she can care for patients of all ages, including pregnancy and pediatric patients. Her goal is not only to get people out of pain, but to help them return to the activities they love and live their lives to the fullest.  She enjoys  golfing, fishing, and water skiing—especially at her family’s cabin on a lake in northern Minnesota.

Dr Tori is from Virginia and now in Minnesota, she combines her college softball team spirit with a commitment to family-centered care for babies, kids, and moms. She focuses on educating families about health and values teamwork in her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys beach trips, visiting friends, concerts, and hobbies like reading, painting, and nature walks.

Ashley founded Essentials of Life Chiropractic with her husband, Dr. Tony in 2009. In her free time, she enjoys biking and walking with her family, along with cooking delicious, homemade dishes from scratch. Ashley's favorite thing about the office is seeing multiple generations of families receiving care together, and how connected the office is to one another.

Bri loves how chiropractic care allows her to live a pain-free, headache-free, active life. During her spare time, she enjoys being outside, hiking, fishing, playing with her dog, Nash, and exploring new places. She loves how the ELC community feels like one big family. She enjoys working with our incredible patients and kiddos, and looks forward to seeing them each week.

Cristin is passionate about serving others, she loves being part of the team at ELC, where everyone shares a commitment to helping patients and caring for families. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, taking her dog Harley to the dog park, and spending quality time with friends from church. Her caring heart and friendly personality help create a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the doors.

Madi grew up doing gymnastics and credits her chiropractic care with helping her stay centered on the beam. She enjoys being active by taking her bulldog Riggs on walks, kayaking, and paddleboarding. She loves the strong culture and community she feels here at ELC and is excited to be a part of such a fun and positive environment.

Olivia has been part of the ELC community for over 17 years, initially as a patient and now at the front desk. She appreciates the friendly team and welcoming atmosphere. She enjoys traveling to her summer cabin, working out, walking, shopping, and reading in her free time.

 Kathryn loves connecting with patients and being part of their wellness journey. Kathryn enjoys spending her free time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, paddleboarding, rollerblading, four wheeling or spending the day at the lake. She also coaches cheer for Andover and is a proud cat mom to her Siamese, Koko. Kathryn loves the friendly, family-focused atmosphere at Essentials of Life and looks forward to meeting you when you walk through the door!

Nevaeh brings creativity and energy to the team, with a passion for music and the outdoors. She has played the trumpet for about 10 years and enjoys painting and arts and crafts. An adventure enthusiast, she loves four-wheeling and values the faith-forward environment of the office. Originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia, she enjoys traveling out west to explore more mountain landscapes.

Amber started chiropractic when she was a child and it has helped her through all stages of life from athletics to pregnancy. She enjoys working out, making art, coffee and playing with her kids. She loves the community feel at ELC and is excited to be part of the team.
