4. Do moderate EXERCISE

I realize this sounds contradictory to #1. I also know it is incredibly hard to motivate yourself to exercise when you don't feel well. However, mild to moderate exercise does two very important things. First, it amplifies the immune response. Second, it increases blood flow. This brings more oxygen and nutrients to the body and removes more of that debris we talked about in step #2.


Your nervous system, which runs through your spine, directly controls your immune system. If there are interferences (subluxations) along your spine, your nervous system will be limited. Clear out those subluxations, and unleash the full power of your immune system!
